A The 4SI Special Tool Service team works where the tools are. We identify the fault, intervene, restore functionality, and we do not stop until production is safe to restart.

Minor repairs and welding (TIG precision welding) 🔩

Through TIG welding we rebuild broken or worn forming sections and restore their original geometry with hand precision. If machining is required, we remove the component, send it to our partnered toolshop, then reinstall and fine-fit it on site. 

We complete every repair on schedule and within budget so your tools return to production-ready condition as quickly as possible.

Tools and equipments 🧰 

We bring all the necessary hand tools and measuring instruments required for the job.

For the assembly and repair work we use the site's existing infrastructure, such as cranes, lifting equipment and compressed air systems.

You only need to provide safe access to the workspace.

Full inspection and maintenance 🔍

After disassembly we clean and inspect all tool components and recommend replacement of any worn or damaged parts such as cooling inserts, ejectors or core pins.

If necessary we repair welded areas, then clean and reassemble the tool to production-ready condition.

Capacity boost 🧑‍🔧

When deadlines are tight or staff are limited, 4SI Special Tool Service provides on-site capacity support. We assemble newly manufactured tool components, check closure fits, cooling circuits and perform trial runs.
